- Description
- This is a solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the subparts in Federal Acquisition Regulation 12 and 15. A written solicitation will be issued. Solicitation number 673-3-03 applies and is issued as a request for proposals. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-06, The North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) code is 621991 size standard is $8.5 million. Provide whole blood, packed red cells, FFP, platelets, cryoprecipitate for the James A. Haley Veterans Hospital, 13000 Bruce B. Downs Blvd., Tampa, FL 33612, in accordance with terms and provisions of solicitation for the period October 1, 2002 through September 30, 2003. Subject to availability of funds. All proposals are to be submitted by hard copy to the designated office by COB September 16, 2002. ELECTRONIC VERSIONS OF PROPOSALS ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE. Electronic version and hard copy of solicitation will be available August 22, 2002. Electronic solicitation may be obtained FREE at the following URL: http://www.va.gov/oa&mm/busopp/sols.htm. Any amendments or additional information issued to this solicitation will also be available electronically at the URL address. Offerors are responsible for obtaining any and all amendments or additional information. Requests for hard copy solicitation must be in writing. No telephone requests will be accepted.
