Description

The National Imagery & Mapping Agency intends to issue an award to Veridian Systems Division, under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. This procurement is for the purchase of OrthoImage Tools Node-Locked (1) user License, Qty 1 and 12 months of maintenance, Qty 1, and GeoWorx/Imagine DLL one (1) user License, Qty 1 and 12 months of maintenance. The proposed contract is for supplies for which the Government intends to solicit, and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 6.302. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. No formal solicitation package is available. Vendors who believe they have this capability should respond in accordance with numbered note 22. The Government will not be responsible for any cost incurred in responding to this notice.
