Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Kadena AB, Okinawa, Japan wishes to purchase DualCom Communications Headsets. Qty 20ea. Suggested MFR: Brock Sales Company, Inc. P/N MT15H68FB-17. Brand Name or Equal applies to all line items. If item is "Or Equal",include MFR's name, Brand, and Model or Part Number. Provide FOB Destination priciing for the listed items from Door to Door; all the way to Kadena AB, Okinawa Japan through Tracy, California or Commercial Freight. Be sure to complete FAR 52.212-3, Representations and Certifications. Also, the proviion at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors--Commercial and FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation--Commercial Items, apply to this acquisition.
