Description

NA DAPC49-02-R-0015 (RFP) is hereby amended for the following reasons: 1. To remove the need for maintenance / service on the antenna system at building 654, Fort Richardson (SOW 7.3.3) from the contract's base year period. 2. To remove the need for maintenance / service on the antenna system at building 1192, Birch Hill, Fort Wainwright (SOW 7.4.4) from the contract's base year period. 3. To completely remove the need for maintenance / service on the antenna system at building 1060, Fort Wainwright, Alaska (SOW 7.4.1) from this Request for Proposal (RFP, SF18). Please note: The formal amendment (SF 30) that applies to the fore mentioned changes is available for downloading on the Fort Richardson, Alaska; Directorate of Contracting- Web Site at http://www.usarak/army.mil/doc/ Please apply the changes indicated in Block # 14 of the Amendment to your proposal. Proposals are still to be priced and submitted on the original Solicitation (RFP, SF 1449)with the amended changes implemented. Please submit / re-submit signed copies of both the Amendment-form (SF-30)and original Solicitation-form (SF 1449)to the above address, ATTN: Steve Quillin, 907-384-7104 / FAX 907-384-7118.
