Description

The General Services Administration desires to lease approximately 11,500 rentable square feet of office space. Rentable space must yeild 10,000 usable square feet, available for use by Tenant for personnel, furnishings, and equipement. The building offered must be located in the city of Oakland within 5-mile radius of the Oakland airport. The building offered must be of sound and substantial construction of the type generally recognized as class A modern office building, must be altered to meet Government requirements, and must be fully serviced. The building must meet UBC Seismic standards. The term of the lease will be 5 years, 3 years firm with 60 days termination rights by the Government after the initial firm term. Occupancy is desired by November 19, 2002. Expressions of interst should include all of the following: 1. Building name and address. 2. Rentable square feet and rate per rentable square foot. 3. Method of Measurement used to determine rentable square feet. 4. Common Area Factor(s) for available space by floor, if applicable.
