Description: S - Unarmed Guard Services at the INS owned and operated Service Processing Center located in El Paso, TX. This requirement is 100% set-aside for SBA 8(a) contractors. This requirement will be solicited for a base year and four option years. Award for the base year does not obligate the government to the award of option years. It is anticipated that the solicitation package will be posted on Fedbiz Opps.,within 15 days as identified by FAR. Therefore requests for copies of a solicitation package need not be sent to the Contracting Officer.
