- NA This is a pre-solicitation notice. Provide all labor, tools, equipment, supervision and materials necessary to replace the roof at the 126th Air Refueling Wing Aircraft Maintenance Hanger located at Illinois Air National Guard, Scott AFB, Illinois. The w ork consists of, but is not limited to: (1) Tearing off the existing modified bitumen roof to the level of roof deck. (2) Installing a new mechanically-attached thermoplastic single-ply membrane roofing system. The new roof will have lettering. Colors wi ll be dark bronze and white. (3) Installing a new roof hatch and access ladder. NAICS CODE 235610 (Roofing, Siding & Sheet Meal Contractors) applies. The performance completion period is 120 days from Notice to Proceed. The cost of the project is estima ted between $250,000-$500,000. Plans and specifications will be available on or about 15 September 2002. Award date is anticipated to be 1 November 2002.
