Description: The U.S. Customs Service is planning to award an order to a hotel that is located in the Washington, DC metropolitan area for the following service: provide a conference room for a meeting to be held on October 7-10, 2002; attendance 220 people. Plus, eight breakout rooms, set-up hollow square, for the entire length of the meeting. Individual lodging for 95 non-government people will an outgrowth of this conference, but will not be part of this award. Expected audio visual needs: 6 LCD packages, 13 flipcharts, 6 table mics, 3 standing wired mics, 3 12 channel mixers, 2 presenter support pkg., 2 9 x 12 screens, and 1 wireless mic Hotel shall have FEMA certification and be registered in the DOD CCR database.
