Description

The purpose of this modification is to include the following statement: THIS REQUIREMENT IS NOT CURRENTLY FUNDED. AWARD CAN ONLY BE MADE IF FUNDING IS MADE AVAILABLE. FUNDING MAY OR MAY NOT BE MADE AVAILABLE. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) The reference number is F23SFS221001 and the solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). (iii) This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 01-08. (iv) This solicitation is 100% set aside for small business concerns. The associated NAICS code is 334310, and the small business size standard is 750 employees. (v) This requirement consists of four line items. (vi) Line Item 0001: Video Imaging System, P/N SF-C/V/RAB-001. Details: Pentium IV computer/turnkey system, 80GB removable hard drive, 256mb RAM, super vga graphics, three parallel ports, two serial ports, 3.5 inch 1.44MB floppy drive, 512K cache, 30x cd-rom, 104 enhanced keyboard, windows software, 17 inch flat screen monitor, image capture board, PVC printer, video camera, informs software. Manufacturer: Trentech, or equal. Quantity: 1, each. Line Item 0002: Ribbon, P/N 549081-104/YMCK-T. Trentech, or equal. Quantity: 76 BX. Line Item 0003: Black ribbon, P/N 596230-001. Trentech, or equal. Quantity: 52 BX. Line Item 0004: Cleaning Sleeves, P/N 549717-001. Trentech, or equal. Quantity: 57 BX. The contractor certifies that it can meet the delivery date by submitting a quotation. (xi) The provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items, applies to this solicitation. The contractor shall return a completed copy of this provision with its quotation. A copy of the provision may be attained from http://farsite.hill.af.mil. (xii) The clause at 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions -- Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition.
