Description

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service intends to negotiate a noncompetitive contract witht Northwest Marine Technology, Inc. for the purpose of providing a Automatic Tag Injector. A determination not to compete this proposed contract has been made Pursuant to 41 U.S.C. 253(c)(a), as implemented by 6.302(b)(1)(l), this requirement has been justified and approved in accordance with FAR 6.303 and FAR 6.304. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement is solely within its discretion. Northwest Marine Technology Inc. is the only known vendor to manufacturer and distributes these or similar items. This is not a Request for Quotation nor a solicitation of offers. The Government shall award a contract to Northwest Marine Technology, Inc. by September 24, 2002.
