The Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC) has a requirement for the items listed below. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written RFQ will not be issued. (ii) RFQ # RFQ02000173. (iii) This solicitation document and incorporate provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC 2001-09. (iv) This is a Brand Name Only (except where specified) procurement under NAICS 334310. FOB: Destination (prices must include shipping costs). (viii) Solicitation provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items is hereby incorporated by reference. (ix) THE GOVERNMENT WILL EVALUATE EACH LINE ITEM BASED ON PRICE AND PRICE RELATED FACTORS FOR POSSIBLE MULTIPLE AWARD. AWARD MAY BE MADE WITHOUT DISCUSSIONS. (x) FAR Clause 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items, is hereby incorporated by reference.
