Description: The Missile Defense Agency intends to award a sole source modification to contract HQ0006-02-C-0037. This contract with Engineering Management Concepts, Inc. provides support to ensure the development and integration of MDA financial functions and products to produce essential Agency financial services, including an auditable Annual Financial Statement. This modification is necessary to avoid unacceptable delays in fulfilling the agency's requirements and to prevent substantial duplication of cost to the Government. The period of performance includes a portion of the base period as well as each option year for an approximate contract value of $20 million. (See Note 22)
