Description: The Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation (PBGC) seeks to increase the maximum hours for the duration of the existing contract for D.L. Skully & Associates, Inc. for administration of the LTV Pension Plans. The additional labor hours are necessary to continue the administration of the LTV Pension Plans. This is a continuation of work already undertaken by the existing provider. It is in the best interest of the PBGC for the current provider to complete this work by increasing the labor hours under the existing contract. This increase under the existing contract will ensure continuity in the work. This is not a request for proposal. See Note 22.
