- Description
- The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Indian Head, Md. (NSWCIH) intends to award a Sole Source purchase order to Laser Technology West LLC. The procurement consist of one (1) Used Millennium Cropping Saw which includes rocking yokes, wire bow sensors and a Smart Wire System with an accuracy and precision of .110. The applicable North American Industrial classification System (NIACS) code is 332995. The FSC code is 3405. The resulting purchase order will be firm fixed price. Negotiation being conducted using other than full and open competition procedures pursuant to authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304 (C) (1). See Note 22.
