- Description
- NAVSEA Indian Head, Surface Warfare Center, Indian Head, Md. is intending to award a firm fixed price (FFP) purchase order for a Brand name mandatory requirement for one LORAD 200KV 10MA Water Cooled Portable x-ray Unit. This commercial acquisition will be accomplished in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 13. The applicable North American Industrial classification System (NIACS) code is 334517. The FSC code is 6635. The closing date and time for submission of offers will be contained in the solicitation package. The solicitation notices and any/all amendments will be posted and available for viewing and downloading on the Government Electronic Posting System (EPS) site at www.fedbizops.gov. No paper copies will be issued. When the solicitation is posted, it is incumbent upon the interested parties to review the aforementioned site regularly for any updates/amendments to any a nd all documents. All prospective offers must have a Commercial and government Entity Code (CAGE Code) and be registered in the Central Contractors Registration (CCR) at www.ccr.gov. In accordance with FAR 5.207, all responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by the Agency. This notice does not obligate the Government to award a purchase order, it does not restrict the Government's ultimate approach, nor does it obligate the Government to pay for any proposal preparation costs.
