- Description
- The Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) has a requirement for a Series 1995 Federal Reserve Set. Quantity: 2,000 Units. You may download a copy of the statement of work and a copy of disk. The simplified acquisition procedures set forth in FAR parts 12 and 13 shall be used. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation. This notice constitutes the only solicitation; a written request for quotation will not be issued. This acquisition is set-side for small business (see numbered note 1). The applicable North American Industry Classification (NAICS) code 322221, with a small business size of 500 employees. The resulting purchase order shall be firm fixed price. The basis for award shall be based on the following factors, listed in descending order of importance: ability to meet requirements of the statement of work; ability to meet delivery time frames; past performance and price. Technical (non-priced) factors are important than price. All interested small businesses are requested to submit a written quotation, which will be considered by the agency. Quotations may be submitted on a SF1449, SF18 or on company letterhead. Quotations shall include the RFQ number, the proposed unit price, the proposed extended price, any prompt payment discount terms, company name, point of contact, address, phone number, fax number, tax identification number, NAICS code, business size status, and Duns number. Shipping shall be FOB Destination. Quotations are due September 23, 2002 by 2:00 P.M.
