Description

Notice that the General Service Administration, FTS Region 10, 4040 Wheaton Way Suite 111, Bremerton, WA. 98310, intends to negotiate and award a sole source purchase order with Agilent Technologies, PO Box 4026, Englewood, CA 80155-4026 under authority of FAR 6.302-1. Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. A justification for Other than Full and Open Competition has been prepared in support of this acquisition for Agilent Technologies handheld Network and LAN Analysis equipment and software. The request is considered to be sole source to Agilent Technologies therefore no solicitation will result from this announcement. However, interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. Request for information shall be submitted to Rhonda Knuckey no later than 4:00 P.M. PDT, September 20, 2002. Questions may be sent via facsimile to 360-415-5608 or by email to rhondak@itsfed.com. No telephone requests for this RFQ will be honored. Numbered Note 1 & 22 applies.
