Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (II) Solicitation F7CERU22530100 is being issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). (III) This solicitation incorporates clauses and provisions in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 01-07. (IV) This requirement is being synopsized as a 100% small business set-aside under standard industrial classification code 3944, NAICS Code 339932, small business size standard of 1000 Employees. (V) Please propose the items as listed: Line item 0001, Onan Generator. Model #: DGFC or equal. QTY 01 EA. Item requires but is not limited to: Standby Rated, Muffler, 120/208 VAC 3 Phase Alternator, Detector 12 Control Panel with AC Meters, Torque Match Regulator, 800 AMP Circuit Breaker, 40C Ambient Temp. Radiator, Battery Rack with Batteries, Oil Drain Extension, Vibration Insulators. Line item 0002, Auto Transfer Switch . Model #: 800 AMP or equal. QTY 01 EA. Item requires but is not limited to: 3 pole/3 wire, Utility to Generator Set, UL1008 and CSA Certified, 60 Hertz, 208 Volts AC, Nema 1 Cabinet, Power Command Level Control, Digital Display. NOTE: If items on GSA contract, please list contract #:______________________ (VI) If supplying an or equal product, please supply specifications with quote package. (VII) Place of delivery: 36 CES/CEF, Bldg 20010, Arc Light Blvd, Attn: Shuune Elerby, Andersen AFB, Guam, 96543. (VIII) Provision 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors- Commercial Items applies. (IX) Provision 52-212-2, Evaluation _ Commercial Items applies. Proposal will be evaluated on price, and past performance. (X) Offerors are required to submit a completed copy of 52.212-3 Offerors Representations and Certifications- Commercial Items with their offer. (XI) Clause 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions- Commercial Items and any addenda the clause applies to this acquisition. (XII) Clause 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items applies to the award document. (XIII) Subject to the AVAILABILTY OF FUNDS. Funds are not currently available for this project. Award may be made without notification once quotes are received and funds are secured. (XIV) N/A. (XV) N/A. (XVI) A site visit will not be held. Proposals will be due to the 36th Contracting Squadron, Unit 14040, APO, AP 96543-4040, by 21th September 2002, 3 p.m. local Guam time.
