Description: The USDA, Food and Nutrition Service (FNS) intends to make a sole source award to Hispanic Radio Network to meet the Agency's deadline for providing daily radio programming in Spanish, for the purpose of educating Spanish-speaking audiences about imminent changes in FNS policy regarding food stamp eligibility. This is a sole source simplified acquisition under the authority of 41 USC 253(c)(1), and is not a request for competitive quotes. This determination was made based on previous market research conducted via Fedbizopps.
