Description

North Creek Box Culvert - Quotes are being sought for installation of a box culvert in North Creek, on the Methow Valley Ranger District, Okanogan and Wenatchee National Forest. The current solicitation will be awarded in the Spring of 2003, subject to availability of funding. Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment and supplies to complete the work. The Box Culvert, riprap and aggregate will be furnished by Government. Dewatering and some in stream work is required. A resulting contract will be subject to a Hydraulic Permit Approval of WA state Dept. of Fish and Wildlife. Project work requirements include: removal and disposal of the old culvert, dewatering (reroute), form and pour footings, box culvert assembly, rock placement, backfill and finish grade. The estimated cost range for this project is $25,000 to $100,000. 100% payment bond required at time of award. Notice of Total HUBzone Small Business Concern Set-Aside.Offers from other than Certified HUBzone Contractors will not be considered. Offerors must be certified with the Small Business Administration Certification list. Performance time is 54 calendar days with estimated start July 1, 2003 and completion by August 30, 2003.
