Contractor to provide all labor, material, tools, equipment, qualified supervision, hoisting and disposal necessary to remove approximately 170 squares of existing roof materials, i.e. rubber membrane, insulation, blocking curbs, gutters, metal trim. Saw cut and remove existing concrete roof eaves and install new wood frame, roof eave extensions. Install all new fully adhered EDPM roof membrane over new tapered insulation, PT blocking, curbs, metal trim, etc. at Bldg 644, Devens Reserve Forces Training Area, Devens, Mass 01432. The solicitation will be unrestricted and issued subject to the availability of funds. Estimated construction range is between $100,000. and $250,000. NAICS code is 235610. Size standard is $12.0M.
