- Description
- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for quote prepared IAW FAR subpart 12.6. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Oral procedures will be used for this solicitation. Quote shall be for FOB destination Robins AFB, GA 31098 and include estimated delivery date. Quote shall include contractor's CAGE, net payment terms, and any applicable warranty provisions. Please see the attached Purchase Description and attachments for item descriptions and quantities. Furthermore, the quote shall be submitted in the same format that invoice would be. The resultant purchase order will be Firm Fixed Price. The following incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC 2001-05 and are applicable to this solicitation: FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors - Commercial Items; FAR 52.212?2, Evaluation - Commercial Items; and FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders - Commercial Items. IAW FAR 52.212-2, the evaluation factors shall be Price and Price related factors. Quotations may be faxed to (478) 926-3569, ATTN: Robert Jones or e-mailed to robert.jones3@robins.af.mil. Response date is September 23, 2002 and anticipated award date is September 24, 2002. All interested parties must be registered in Contractor Central Registration (CCR) as prescribed in DFARS 252.204-7004 for award consideration. All responsible parties are invited to submit a quote for consideration.
