Description

NA The Government anticipates entering into a sole source procurement with Lockheed Martin Corporation, Missiles and Fire Control - Orlando, MP-228, Orlando, Florida 32819-8907 to acquire on an other than full and open competitive basis, Engineering and Techn ical services by the assignment of Contractor Engineering Technical Services (CETS) and Logistics Engineering Technical Services (LETS) technician on locations and in support of the Apache Target Acquisition Designation Sight/Pilot Night Vision Sensor (TAD S/PNVS) and Electro-Optic Bench (EOB) systems and components at various US Army installations outside the Continental United States (OCONUS). The period of performance is 12-months (Sep 02-Sep 03). This requirement is under the authority and justificatio n of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) based on the determination that the Government needs can only be satisfied by one source. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the agency. See Note 22.
