- The Human Systems Program Office, 311 HSW/YA, intends to issue a 100% small business set-aside solicitation for Coverall, Anti-Exposure, CWU-16P, NSN 8475-00-768-2048, P/N: MIL-C-38488A. Support. Relative NAICS code 336413. The following is provided: Size/Dimensions: One size fits all. Predominate Material of Manufacture: Polychoroprene on Nylon. Form/Fit/Function: Coveralls to be donned by aircrew member to protect from exposure in case of aircraft ditching over water. Applicable: 412A Life Support Multi-Aircraft, Critical Application. First Article Contractor Testing with conditions for waiver applies. Quantity: (1) First Article Test Report/Documentation IAW DD Form 1423: 1 Lot, FOB Destination, (2) First Article Quantity: 2 each, FOB Destination, and (3) Production Quantity: 2,419 each (USAF Requirement) and 10 each (FMS Requirement), FOB Origin. Government Required Delivery Schedule: (1) Test Report: 95 Days from date of contract award, (2) First Article: IAW DD Form 1423, and (3) Production: 500 each, 120 Days after First Article Approval or 500 each 120 days after contract award (First Article Testing waived) and continued at a rate of 500 each per month thereafter. It is anticipated that the solicitation will be released on 15 Aug 02. Anticipated award date is 26 Sep 02.
