- NA 1. This is a combined synopsis and solicitation for the following commercial items: Build and Install 38 Hardwood Locker Cabinets for the men?s locker room and 12 Hardwood Locker Cabinets for the women?s locker room. Total of 50 Hardwood Locker Cabinets. Benches ? Approx. 50 linear feet. Cabinetry: oak cabinets with top shelf and closet pole underneath. Door to be lockable with regulation lock model #5L7RD2-626 and door to be vented. Installation of new lockers in men and women?s locker room. Finis hing of lockers: Stain and clear coat cabinets inside and outside after installation is complete. General cabinet interior size 78 inches high X 22 inches deep X 22 inches wide. Doors: Raised 6 panel exterior solid core doors 1-3/8 inch thick 80 inches high X 18 inches wide, paint grade (possibly stain grade). Doors maybe mounted butt to jam flush or overlapped door to face. This synopsis and solicitation is prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional i nformation included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a request for proposal (RFP). Submit written offers (oral o ffers will not be accepted) via mail, fax or email. All Statement of Need and Evaluation Factor requirements must be met as they appear in this notice. This procurement is being issued as 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. This solicitation document and incorp orated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-14 and Defense Acquisition Circular 91-13. Standard Industrial Code 2541 applies to this procurement. FOB: Destination for delivery to 5323 East McKinley Ave, Fresno, CA 93727. The provisions at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors--Commercial Items, applies to this solicitation. The provisions at FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation-- Commercial Items, applies to this solicitation. The clause at FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representa tions and Certifications -- Commercial Items, applies to this solicitation and the offeror must include a completed copy of this provision with their proposal. The clause at FAR 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes or Exec utive Orders--Commercial Items, applies to this solicitation. The provision at FAR 52.215-1, Instructions to Offerors--Competitive Acquisitions applies to this solicitation. Award will be based on technical capability and past performance equal to lowest price, responsible offer. The Gov ernment intends to evaluate and award without discussions on this procurement.
