Software is propiet ary to Innovative Interfaces, Inc. The proposed period of performance is for the base year and 4 option years. The applicable SIC code is 8231 with a size standard of $6M. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 6.302. This notice of intent is NOT a request for competitive proposals. See Numbered Note 22
