Description

Furnishing labor, equipment and supplies (except for Pit Run Gravel) to make parking area for the Horse Corrals. Pit Run Gravel to be excavated from a gravel pit located west of the horse corrals located on Pleasant Valley Road about 5 miles south of Gowen Road. Work under this Contract is located in Ada County, Idaho. The work site is at T 2N, R 2E, S 20, W21 SW SE. Performance Period is 30 days. Estimated price range is between $25,000 and $100,000. In accordance with FAR 28.102-1, a 100% Payment Bond is required for contracts greater than $25,000, prior to issuance of the Notice to Proceed.
