Description

The Social Security Administration (SSA) intends to negotiate and award a sole source purchase order to CQ.com. Simplified Acquisition Procedures using FAR Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items will be used for this requirement. The contractor shall provide unlimited usage of Congressional services for FY 2003 to include: CQ Schedules, CQ Daily Monitor News, House Action Report, CQ Committee Coverage, CQ Member Profiles, CQ Weekly, Congressional Record, CQ Bill Track, CQ Bill Text, Committee Reports, CQ Bill Compare, Daily Monitor in PDF, Additional Users (1), and Custom Alert Service. There are no other known sources capable of providing these commercial services. This notice is for informational purposes only. This is not a competitive request for quotation and the Government does not intend to pay for information solicited or received. Respondents will not be notified of the results of the evaluation of information received. The Government will consider all information from responsible sources within 3 days after the date of publication of this synopsis.
