Description

The Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization (DITCO), Information Systems Services Division, Hardware/Software Branch (DITCO/AQSS31), 2300 East Drive, Scott AFB IL 62225-5406, intends to issue a sole source contract to Treehouse Software, Inc., 409 Broad Street, Suite 140, Sewickley, PA 15143. This acquisition is for the renewal of software licenses and enhancements for products from Treehouse Software, Inc. These software licenses and enhancements are proprietary to Treehouse Software and are protected by copyright laws. No third party maintenance is authorized. Period of performance is 1 Oct 02 through 30 Sep 03. The statutory authority for other than full and open competition is 10 USC 2304(c)(1), only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Companies who can provide the above listed software license and enhancement renewal must submit a quote not later than COB 23 Sep 2002. Oral communications are not acceptable.
