Description

Notice of Intent to sole source with ExaDrive Networks for the exadrive 3.84 terabyte diamond series drive array, includes: redundant power supplies, ultra 160 scsi intergac fibre channel card and 12 x 320 gb drive sleds. one ea: part # d4fr-0384-ose, 1 ea 1 gigabit fibre channel, 1 ea ultra160 scsi with integrated "daisy-chaining" port and 12 320 gb dual disk drive sled assembly 2 x 160gb maxtor. The reason for the sole source is compatability with already existing systems. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received by the closing date and 5:00pm central standard time will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not ot compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. informaitn received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
