Description

This is a combined synposis/solicitation. Project to Install Ceiling Mounts and Projectors (VNVP 021164) Please download statement of work for more details. Magnitude of construction project is less than $25,000. Performance period is 30 calendar days from issuance of the Notice to Proceed. Solicitation is being reserved for emerging small business. Applicable NAICS code for this project is 2353100, with a size standard of $12 million dollars. Solicitation and any subsequent amendments will be posted through the electronic posting system (http://eps.gov/). Paper copies will not be provided. Contractors will be solely responsible for monitoring the Internet and obtaining the solicitation documents and any amendments. Interested offerors must ensure they are registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) in order to receive award of a contract. Information to register can be found on the Internet at http://www.ccr2000.com or telephone 1-888-227-2423. Solicitation will be issued on September 18, 2002. A site visit is to be held on Tuesday, September 24, 2002 at 9:00 a.m. (CST). Please call 24 hrs in advance to confirm attendance to: SrA Chantel A. Smith (940) 676-6150 or EMAIL: chantel.smith@sheppard.af.mil. Attendees will meet at the 82d Contracting Squadron, 136 K Ave Suite 1, Sheppard AFB, TX 76311.
