Description

This amendment to the previous notice changes the NAICS code from 924120 which is for Public Administration and limited to Federal, State, and local government agencies to NAICS Code 541710 for Research and Development in the Physical, Engineering, and Life Sciences area. The work required is The Middle Rio Grande Endangered Speciaes Act (EAS) Collaborative Program which expects to fund projects for the benefit of the Endangered Rio Grande Silvery Minnow and Southwestern Willow Flycatcher in federal fiscal year 2003 (October 1, 2002 through September 30, 2003). The requirement is unrestricted and is not limited to any set asides. To obtain information on this project and the requirement for submittals go to the web page of www.uc.usbr.gov. On the right hand side click on Information, then click on Contracting Opportuinities. Then on the right hand side under Soliciations click on Available. Scroll down until you reach Grants & Cooperative Agreements. Go down a little farther until you see NEW solicitation 03-SP-40-2005. Keep scrolling down after the description and you will see: Attachment 1- Request for 2003 Proposals Prepared by the Program's Water Acquistiion and Management Subcommittee. Attachment 2 - Requesf for Proposals Prepred by the Program's Science Subcommittee Attachment 3 - Request for Proposals Prepared by the Program's Habitat Restoration Subcommittee Attachment 4 - Request for Proposals Complete proposals must be delivered to Ms. Boberg no later than 4:00 p.m. on Friday October 25, 2002, there will be no exceptions. See Attachment 4 for a more detailed description of what is needed and the point of contact for questions on the program, Ms. Olga Boberg.
