Description: Non personal services, Contractor shall provide all necessary personnel, supervison, manegement, tools, equipment, transportation and materials as described in the statement of work, and any other items or service necessary for the cleaning and minor repair on carts, racks and holders. NOTE: THIS PROJECT WILL BE PERFORMED IN ITS ENTIRETY IN THE COUNTRY OF JAPAN. THE SUCCESSFUL OFFEROR MUST BE LICENSED AND REGISTERED TO PERFORM WORK IN THE COUNTRY OF JAPAN.
