This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. F62509-02-QBU-081 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation is for planning purposes only and is used for the execution of end of year closeout. If funding becomes available, the quotation submitted in response to this RFQ will be used as the basis for award. This RFQ is issued for full and open competition and NAICS code is 421910.
