Description

NA NOTE: This is an amendment to the 23 July 2002 synopsis referencing Solicitation Number DAHA90-02-R-0018. PROVIDE COMPOSITE PHYSIOLOGICAL FITNESS ASSESSMENT PROGRAM FOR USE BY ALL AIR NATIONAL GUARD BASES. The Air National Guard has a requirement for a systematic program for the collection of fitness test data for use by all Air National Guard bases by suppl ying the web software for data capture and processing, supply and maintain the web servers necessary to host the software application and storage of all participant data. In addition, provide service and support for all bases and participants that use the software databank and other efforts as required by the Statement of Work. One award is contemplated for this solicitation. Contemplated is a firm fixed-priced contract, performance period will be a base period and four 12-month option periods. This is a 100% small business set-aside. The SIC Code applicable to this requiremen t is 7372; small business size standard is $21 million. A competitive award will be made on a best value basis. Evaluation factors for award are (1) Technical (2) Past Performance and (3) Price. A detailed description of the factors will be cited in the solicitation. All prospective offerors interested in submitting a proposal must have a Commercial and Government Entity Code (CAGE CODE) and be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) at www.ccr2000.com.
