- Description
- Request For Proposal (RFP) # JCRV-02-02, for the operation of the Excelsior Springs Job Corps Center which includes provision of academic, vocational, social skills and career development training and related support for an estimated total of 165 residential male student, 140 residential female students and 190 non-residential students. In addition, the RFP includes provision for Outreach and Admissions services in the state of Missouri, Counties of Jackson and Clay, for the arrival of a minimum of 325 students into the Job Corps program annually and includes provision for Career Transition Services annually for 555 youth returning to designated workforce investment areas in Missouri. This contract includes the operation of the Job Corps Center; recruitment of individuals for the Job Corps program as well as providing post-center transition services to eligible program participates 16-24 years old. A walk-through inspection of the Center facility, followed immediately by a Pre-Proposal conference, will be convened promptly at 10:00 am local time on Friday, October 18, 2002, (address shown below). Upon entering the facility, prospective offeror's must stop at the front desk where they will be given instructions for the conference. We recommend that you download the RFP from our website prior to the conference and bring the RFP with you to the conference. All questions prior to the pre-proposal conference should be submitted in writing. Proposals in response to this RFP will be due no later than 12:00 pm (noon), Central Standard Time, on Friday December 20, 2002, at the following address. U. S. All responsible sources may submit a proposal that will be considered by the agency.
