Description

NA Mezzanine, free-standing, L shaped, size is approximately 1250 square feet, design layout will be faxed upon request. Mezzanine has six sides to it, of which five sides will be against existing walls leaving one side open. Wall run dimensions are 51 foot, 17 foot, 27 foot, 16 foot, and 24 foot. The open side is 33 foot. Deck surface is 20 GA x 1.5 D Corrugated Type B roof deck with 3/4 inch T and G plywood. Load Limit is 250 lbs per foot. Deck Height is 10 foot 3 inches. Clear Height is 9 foot 0 inches. Column centers are shown on drawing layout. Column Size is 6 inches by 6 inches. Baseplates are 12 inches by 12 inches. Framing System is wide flange beam and C sections. Sliding Gate quantity of 1 at 72 inches wide. Handrail and Kickplate is 27 linear fe et per BOCA 96 Code. Stair riser is open. Stair Tread is closed. Stairs and Handrail quantity of 1 36 inch wide internal L shaped with an intermediate platform per BOCA 96 code. Color is gray. Price must include shipping to zip code 12302.
