- NA Madigan Army Medical Center, Tacoma, Wa intends to negotiate with Phillips Medical Systems under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304 (C) (I) A Sole Source award for annual maintenance service for enconcert server and client support for a base year and four ( 4) option years. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses received to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information re ceived will normally be considered solely for the purposed of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A solicitation will not be issued.
