- Notice that the General Service Administration, FTS Region 10, 4040 Wheaton Way Suite 111, Bremerton, WA. 98310 intend to negotiate and award a sole source purchase order under authority of FAR 6.302-1. Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. A justification for Other than Full and Open Competition has been prepared in support of this acquisition. For Pan/Tilt extra parts qty 4, Remote qty 4, Drivers qty 6, Keyboard upgrade qty 1, Monitors qty 2, Power Adapter Boxes (with camera control Circuitry), Light Pole Box qty 4, Physical Install of all parts and equipment. This request is considered to be sole sourced, therefore, no solicitation will result from this announcement. However, interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct competitive procurement. All price quotations shall be submitted to Jill A. Reed, not later than 4:00 P.M., PST, October 11, 2002. Price quotations may be sent via either facsimile to (360) 415-5617 or by email to Jillr@itsfed.com. Numbered Note 1 & 22 applies. The government anticipates a Firm Fixed Price purchase order. Incorporated provisions and clauses are as follows. FAR Provision 52.212-1, applies to this acquisition. Offer shall include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offer Representation and Certification-Commercial Items, which may be accessed on the Internet (http:''www.arnet.gov/far/). Additional applicable FAR Clauses: 52.212-4, 52.212-5, 52.222-3, 52.203-6, 52.222-21, 52.222-26, 52.222-35, 52.222-36, 52.222-37, 52.225-1, 52.225-3, 52.225-13, 52.225-15, 52.232-33, 52.232-34 and GSAM Clause 552.212-71, 552.229-70 apply. No telephone requests for this RFQ will be honored.
