Description

NA The United Stated Army Communications and Electronics Command intends to acquire spare parts for Common Ground Station (CGS), and Joint Services Work Station (JSWS) under Contract DAAB07-02-C-P620 by a new work modification. The replenishment spares includ e line replaceable units, modules and circuit card assemblies to support system fieldings. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with Only One Responsible Source, Cubic Defense Applications Group (CDA), 9333 Balboa Ave., P.O. Box 85587 San Diego , CA 92186-5578, under authority of Title 10 U.S.C 2304 (c)(1) and FAR 6.302-1(b)(1). All responsible sources may submit an offer that will be considered. The type of contract will be Firm-Fixed-Price. See Note 22
