- The closing date of the RFQ has been changed to November 15, 2002. Requests for copies of the RFQ may be made by E-mail, regular mail, fax (202-233-2051), or in person. All requests shall reference RFQ #ED-02-Q-0009 and the title of the RFQ. The RFQ can also be found on the Internet on or about the RFQ issue date at http://www.nifl.gov/nifl/grants_contracts/contracts.html. A copy of the revised Statement of Work is on this web site, and responses to questions will be found at the web site on or about October 11, 2002. E-mail requests must be sent to Sharyn Abbott at sabbott@nifl.gov. Mail or telegram requests shall be sent to the above address. Copies may be picked up in person on the issue date at the same address. For this simplified acquisition, all responsible and qualified sources may submit a proposal for consideration (both small businesses and individuals will be considered). The contract will be awarded pending the availability of funds.
