Description: ***CORRECTION TO SOLICITATION NUMBER. CORRECT NUMBER SHOULD READ RFP-R5-15-03-10. PREVIOUS INQUIRIES NEED NOT RESPOND TO THIS CHANGE***This project, Aerial Straw Mulching, located on the Sequoia National Forest, is a result of the McNally Fire. This project will consist of heli-mulching techniques and involves the use of helicopters to spread straw mulch. Straw bales are loaded into cargo net and dropped over the burned area to increase ground cover within designated areas. You may fax your solicitation request to 559-294-4833.
