Description: The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) intends to issue a sole source purchase order to Edify Corporation for software maintenance renewal for electronic workface enterprises; workforce agents; agent trainer; country support; telephony services; facsimile services; facsimile concurrent port. A Justification for Other Than Full and Open Competition has been justified, certified and approved for Edify Corporation. This requirement will be accomplished through FAR Part 13 -Simplified Acquisition Procedures. A written solicitation will not be issued. The closing date is November 01, 2002. See Note 22.
