Description

NA This solicitation is a competitive 8(a) solicitation. All services required under this contract shall be described in an individual scope of work, which may include, but not necessarily limited to, the following types of tasks: multi-media environmental a nd occupational safety and health compliance audits/assessments and training; preparation of complete or partial Environmental Impact Statements, Environmental Assessments, Environmental Baseline Studies, Environmental inventories and related special studi es documentation; cultural resources investigations; air emission inventories; permit applications and conformity analyses; environmental management and compliance documents under various environmental statutes; storm water pollution prevention planning; p ollution prevention opportunity assessments; baseline environmental/human health risk assessments; and other scientific and technological investigations to accomplish the mission and complete environmental assignments for the Tulsa District, U. S. Army Cor ps of Engineers. Environmental sampling of various media would be conducted to support requested investigations, inventories, or assessments. Work shall involve multi-disciplinary environmental investigations and training for a variety of military and ci vil work entities. Plans and specifications will be available on or about November 7, 2002, and will be provided in a printed hard copy format free of charge.
