Description

PRESOLICITATION NOTICE: The 15th Contracting Squadron (15 CONS), Hickam AFB Hawaii, anticipates issuing a solicitation, on or about 6 Nov 02, to acquire Commercial Travel Office (CTO) services at Hickam AFB Hawaii. This service will ask the contractor to provide all labor, management, supervision, tools, materials, equipment and transportation necessary to provide commercial travel services. The Statement of Work (SOW) will be made available in the Government solicitation. This acquisition will be solicited as unrestricted under Full and Open competition. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 561510 ($3.0 million). Once available, this solicitation must be downloaded from www.eps.gov, as no paper copies will be issued. All information required for submission of an offer will be identified in the solicitation. A site visit will be conducted at a date and time to be determined in the solicitation. This site visit is highly encouraged but not mandatory. The government contemplates award on or about 21 Feb 03, with a performance start date of 21 Apr 03. The resultant award will be made on an all-or-non basis to include a basic period and four annual option periods. This notice serves as preliminary information and does not obligate the government to award a contract, restrict the government in its ultimate acquisition approach, or obligate the government to pay for proposal costs.
