- The U. S. Special Operations Command intends to contract with Honeywell International, Phoenix AZ for all depot level maintenance, field support services, engineering support services and spareparts necessary to sustain T-55-L-714 engines installed on MH-47E Special Operations Aircraft under Far Part 12. Services shall be performed at Ft. Campbell, KY, the manufacturer?s facilities and aircraft deployment locations as may be dictated by circumstances. The period of performance shall be 15 SEP 02 through 31 DEC 02 with 4 option years. Honeywell is the designer, developer and manufacturer of the T55-L-714 and owns all proprietary data for the engine. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by the U.S. Special Operations Command. Notes 12, 22, and 26 applies.
