- Description
- This project will consists of thinning trees to a variable spacing and reduce project generated slash to a maximum depth of 24 inches and/or 5 tons per acre. Approximately 1700 acres will be thinned. There will be 8 bid items. Bid items 1-7 are located on the Cedar City Ranger District, Cedar City, UT and bid item 8 is located on the Escalante Ranger District, Escalante, UT. There will be a show-trip on November 21-22, 2000 at 9:00 a.m. both days. Interested bidders are to meet at the Cedar Ranger District, 1789 Wedgewood, Cedar City, UT on November 21st and on 22nd at the Escalante Ranger District, 755 West Main, Escalante, UT.
