Description

NA The work consists of performing various hydraulic system repairs to the flood control gates at the outlet works of two dam sites. The repairs consist of replacing hydraulic cylinder fluid, oil packings and gaskets; rebuilding hydraulic cylinder gate valves ; installing new hydraulic piping and ball valves; cleaning and painting of the ferrous metal parts. Testing and adjustment of each system will be performed to ensure proper operation of the flood control gates. The estimated cost of this procurement is be tween $25,000 and $100,000. This solicitation will be available on or about 21 November 2002. Requests for this solicitation may be faxed to (978) 318-8207 ATTN: Norman Krause. The applicable NAICS code is 238990 with a size standard of $12,000,000. This s olicitation is UNRESTRICTED.
