NA PRON: AX2Q0191AX, NSN: 1615-01-185-3069, PN: 406-010-115(-109), Quantity: 35 each, applicable to the OH-58 D. F.O.B. Origin with deliveries of 35 each going to Texarkana, TX 75507-5000. Required Delivery Schedule with First Article Testing is 35 each, 405 Days After Contract Award (DACA). Required Delivery Schedule without First Article Testing is 35 each, 270 Days After Contract Award (DACA). Required Delivery Schedule with Alternate II clause is 35 each, 338 Days After Contract Award. Co ntractor Furnished Containers (NSN 8145-00-485-8250, P/N 13414-077) are also required. This item is restricted to Bell Helicopter Textron, Inc., 600 E. Hurst Blvd., Hurst, TX 76053, Cage Code 97499.
