Description
NA Procurement and installation of modular barracks buildings at Pueblo Chemical Depot. These building will be used for troop quarters for personnel now stationed at PCD. This procurement is a total HubZone set aside. Contract award will be on a Firm Fixed pr ice basis pursuant to FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial items. Delivery and installation shall occur within 90 days of contract award. A Scope of Work enumerating the technical requirements associated with these buildings will be included with the sol icitation. Response to this soliciation will consist of two parts. 1. Offerors are requested to submit a technical proposal responding to the requirements of the Scope of Work. A maximum page limit of 50 pages shall apply inclusive of any commercial litera ture furnished with the technical proposal 2. Cost proposal detailing all costs associated with procurment, shipment and installation of these buildings. A maximum page limit of 10 pages shall apply to the cost proposal. The Government will use the follo wing evaluation criteria to determine whether an offeror's proposal is technially acceptable; 1. Compliance with the physical and functional characteristics of the equipment offered by the participating contractor against the technical requrements within t he SOW, 2.Past Performance data to include references from previous clients concerning the quality of buildings supplied by the competing contractor on other Government or commercial projects, ability to deliver and install modular buildings in a safe mann er and adherence to project schedules. Only those firms whose technical proposal are determined to be technially acceptable will be further considered for award. Contract award will be made to the firm offering the lowest price on any of three alernative a pproaches; purchase, lease with option to purchase or lease. Offerors should predicate their lease costs on a 6-year lease period. Due to current technical limitations of the Rocky Mountain Arsenal computer system, this RFP may not be available on FEDBIZOP S. Interested contractors should submit an e-mail request to the Contracting Officer (hblaney@rma.army.mil)and the soliciation will be transmitted electronically to the requestor. Note 27 is applicable.
